Exercise:
1, boneless chicken leg and cut into small pieces+1 spoon soy sauce+half spoon cooking wine+half spoon oyster sauce+1 spoon starch+a little white pepper, and marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Saute ginger and garlic with less oil in the pot, and pour in chicken and stir fry until cooked.
