Production technology of konjac tofu
The method is as follows:

Preparation ingredients for making konjac tofu: konjac powder, alkali powder and water.

1, first heat the water, then slowly add the konjac powder and mix well.

2. Then we mix the alkali powder with boiled water for later use, as shown in the figure below.

3. When the konjac liquid is stirred until bubbles appear, turn on low heat for 15 minutes and continue stirring.

4. When it is time to fire, quickly pour the alkaline water into the pot, stir in circles quickly, turn off the fire and cover the pot 10 minute.

5. After drilling, gently draw a circle along the pot wall, draw one (10) on the konjac block and divide it into four pieces. Pour several bowls of water to soak the konjac, cool it, and then cut it into pieces.

6. Boil the konjac block and boil the water for a few minutes. Remove the alkaline taste, further harden the konjac block and konjac tofu.
