Preparation of pork tripe:

3, don't adjust too much salt, bean paste and soy sauce are salty, and a little less sugar can soften the taste;
Pixian bean paste is not spicy, so I put some dried morning pepper to make it spicy. If you don't like spicy food, put Pixian bean paste.
