"Fried seaweed moss".
Preparation: 8 taels of seaweed moss, appropriate amount of salt, MSG, garlic cloves and peanut oil.
Steps: Clean the seaweed moss and cut it into sections. Wash and peel the garlic cloves and pound into minced garlic.
Heat oil in a pot, add seaweed moss and stir-fry quickly until cooked, add salt, monosodium glutamate and minced garlic, stir-fry until the flavor is absorbed.
"Mixed with seaweed moss"
Preparation: 8 taels of nori moss, appropriate amount of salt, monosodium glutamate, light soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and rice vinegar.
Steps: Clean the seaweed moss. Boil water in a pot and add salt and vinegar. After boiling, add the seaweed moss and blanch until cooked. Take it out and let it cool before draining the water.
Cut into sections and serve on a plate, sprinkle with salt, monosodium glutamate, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and minced garlic and mix well.
