Introduction of evaporated milk
Evaporated milk is the product of distilling milk to remove some water, and sometimes it is also used as a substitute for milk powder and water mixed in a certain proportion.
Not only can it be served with pudding to add more flavor to the pudding, but personally I still like to make tart out of evaporated milk, it still tastes good, the steps are as follows.
Milk tart
Add sugar to egg yolks, stir until sugar melts, then add low-flour, and finally add milk and stir well
Two flypastes, overlap them to soften slightly; sprinkle the table with flour, roll the flypastes into a square
Roll them up, and refrigerate them for 10 minutes; then take them out, and slice them evenly into eight parts
Put them into a tart mold, with the edge above the tart mold. The edges of the tart should be higher than the mold (the same way you would fold a quilt to make a tart crust)
Pour in the tart water to fill the tart 8 full
220°F, 15-20 minutes
