The third step is "cold water into the melon":
Take out the pot, add enough water, put the cut wax gourd pieces directly into the pot with cold water, and then boil the water with strong fire.
Step 4 "Boil water with minced meat":
After the water is boiled, take the prepared meat stuffing with you, take a handful of meat stuffing in your left hand, squeeze out a spherical meat ball with a proper size from the gap between your thumb and forefinger, then dig it out with a spoon in your right hand and throw it into the boiling water.
This process is a simple way to turn meat stuffing into meatballs until all the meat stuffing is gone.
Step 5 "Seasoning and Bowling":
Cook until all the meatballs float, and season when they surface.
