Ingredients
Eggs, warm water, salt, light soy sauce, sesame oil

1. Beat the eggs, add some salt and continue to stir with chopsticks evenly
2. Add warm water and stir evenly, the ratio is egg liquid: warm water = 1 : 2
3. Pour the mixed egg liquid into the plate through the strainer spoon
4. Cover with plastic wrap, put in the steamer, and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes
