Step 1: Start by drawing the dragon's eyes and draw eyebrows over the eyes.

Step 2: Draw the dragon's mouth and two whiskers to the left of the eyes, and draw the dragon's two horns over the eyebrows.

Step 3: Draw hair around the dragon's eyes, whiskers under the mouth, and the shape of the dragon boat.

Step 4: Draw the first dumpling on the dragon boat that is paddling.

Step 5: Next, draw the second and third dumplings.

Step 6: Draw scales on the dragon's body to complement the hair on its back. Draw a long wavy line underneath the dragon boat to indicate waves.

Step 7: Draw the tail of the dragon boat.

Step 8: Supplement the underside and sides of the dragon boat with more wavy lines to form rivers. Draw floating clouds and the sun on the upper left side of the dragon boat.

Step 9: Just above the dragon boat, draw two dumplings holding hands.

The dragon boat is now ready!
