Cheesecake recipe
Ingredients:
5 eggs, 75g of sugar, 6g of flour, 15g of chocolate powder (sugar-free), 25g of chestnut powder, 25g of fresh milk and 25g of oil/butter (solution).

Method of making chocolate cake:
1. Mix the flour well and sieve it for three times (standby).

Cheesecake making method:

Remarks:
1. Chocolate cake is 8-inch. The materials used for the 15cm chocolate cake can be halved (three eggs are needed).
2. As long as rum wine is removed and 1g lemon juice, half lemon peel and 2g sugar are added, this cheese filling can become lemon cheese cake (easy to make ga).
