Oyster sauce roasted flat mushrooms step by step

Flat mushrooms washed and torn into small pieces, sliced pate, carrots sliced. Sliced ginger, scallion and garlic. The amount of garlic is about twice as much as the ginger and scallions.

Blanch the mushrooms in boiling water with a pinch of salt.

Put a little oil in a wok and when it's 50 percent hot, pour in the sliced pork and stir-fry over low heat until the meat spits out oil.

Add ginger, garlic and green onion and saute. If you like spicy, you can put some dried chili. Cook the wine and a little soy sauce and stir-fry well.
