1 Wash the garlic scape, put it on the board to control the excess water, and then cut it into 3cm long pieces with a knife. Soak the dried red chili peppers in clean hot water for 10-15 minutes. Using scissors, cut the soaked chili into 1cm wide pieces. Slice both green onion and ginger and set aside.
Spicy Squid Whisks
