Steps
1. Mince the panko, or just buy minced pork.
2. This is the vermicelli I used.
3. Soak the vermicelli in warm water for 30 minutes in advance.
4. Start a pan with oil, pop onion and ginger, add minced pork, stir-fry until the pork turns white, then add the vermicelli and continue to stir-fry, season with salt, soy sauce and then add the right amount of water.
5. Simmer over low heat until the juice is almost gone.
Tips
After adding the noodles, keep stirring with chopsticks, otherwise it will be easy to stick to the pan;
