2. Material (composition):
Pig brain: 4 tablets
Minced pork: 20g
Pixian bean paste? : 1 spoon (preferably add some soy sauce if possible)
Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
Sesame oil and Chili oil: half a spoonful each, Chili according to personal taste.
Ginger? : cut two pieces into small pieces
Onions? : several
Celery grains? : several
Garlic? : several
MSG? : right amount
Salt? : right amount
3. Cooking method:
(1) Initial step: heat the pot, put oil, saute garlic, celery and onion, add a spoonful of Pixian bean paste and soy sauce, and add some minced meat to saute together;
(2) Cooking ingredients: add appropriate amount of water or broth, add ginger slices (ginger slices must be matched with broth), pour pig brain and cook for six or seven minutes.
(3) Juice collection: collect the remaining soup, season with monosodium glutamate and salt, sprinkle with sesame oil, turn off the fire and serve! Sprinkle with onions (coriander is ok, and people who like it can add it)
