I once ate an omelette rice in a store. The chef wrote "I love you" on the egg skin. This impressed me deeply. Only then did I realize that the omurice rice contained a rich love. I guess this is what omurice is all about.
Curry Omelette Rice
Ingredients: Special vegetable rice; egg skin; chicken tenders; special curry sauce; carrot cubes; mushrooms; green beans.
Method:
1. Season the chicken fillet with salt and pepper and marinate until it is delicious.
2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken fillet prepared in step 1 over high heat.
3. Then simmer the chicken tenders, carrot cubes, mushrooms and special curry sauce from Step 1 over low heat for about half an hour to make the curry sauce.
4. Put the special vegetable rice in a container, turn it upside down on a plate to make it into an oval shape, put egg skin on top, then pour the coffee sauce from step 3, and finally garnish Serve with green pea kernels.
Omelette rice with roasted scallops and shrimps in XO sauce
Ingredients: special vegetable rice; egg skin; scallops; shrimp; celery; mushrooms; oyster sauce; .
Method:
1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the scallops and shrimp over high heat until medium cooked. Add celery, mushrooms, oyster sauce and XO sauce and cook until the sauce boils. .
2. Slowly pour the cornstarch water into the pot of Step 1 and the gravy will become the XO Sauce Braised Scallops and Shrimp Sauce.
3. Put the special vegetable rice in a container, turn it upside down on the plate to make it into an oval shape, put the egg skin on top, then pour the sauce from step 2 and garnish with green beans. That’s it.
Barbecue chicken cutlet and omelette rice:
Ingredients: special vegetable rice; egg skin; chicken cutlet; green bean kernels
Method:
1. First, lightly fry the prepared chicken cutlets in oil, remove and drain the fat.
2. Brush the chicken cutlet of method 1 with the exclusive sauce, then bake it in the oven until it is fragrant, then take it out and cut it into pieces.
3. Put the special vegetable rice in a container, turn it upside down on the plate to make it into an oval shape, put the egg skin on it, then put the chicken steak from step 2, and finally garnish Serve with green bean kernels.
Alternative method
Ingredients: 15㏄ salad oil; 2 eggs; 1 bowl of vegetable rice
Method:
1. First Heat the pot and pour in the salad oil.
2. Continue to heat the pot into which the oil has been poured until it smokes slightly, then slowly pour in the stirred egg liquid.
3. After pouring the egg liquid into the pot, use quick movements to stir from the side of the pot to the middle.
4. Use chopsticks to lift the egg skin slightly to test its doneness.
5. When the egg skin is half-cooked, quickly flip it in half to make it look like an egg roll.
6. Place the rolled egg skin directly on top of the prepared rice.
7. Quickly cut the egg skin from the middle so that the egg skin can be spread flat on the rice.
