Method step
1, prepare fresh kohlrabi, but remove beard and heel, wash and shred.
2. Put the cut kohlrabi into a container, pour in salt, mix well and marinate for three days.
3. Take out the pickled kohlrabi and put it in a ventilated and dry place to dry.
4. Stir-fry the refined salt in a wok, add vinegar and spiced noodles and stir well to make seasoning.
5. Add seasoning to the sun-dried kohlrabi, stir it evenly by hand, and marinate it in a sealed container for seven days.
