Main ingredients: 400g small crucian carp.
Accessories: appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of onion, appropriate amount of pepper, appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, appropriate amount of fresh chicken juice, 70g of distiller's grains.
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Remove the scales, gills and belly of the small crucian carp, wash and drain.
3. Dilute the distiller’s grains with appropriate amount of water.
4. Heat the oil in the pot and add the crucian carp.
5. Fry both sides thoroughly.
6. Add the diluted distiller’s grains and add some water.
7. Add ginger and green onions.
8. Add some dark soy sauce and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
9. Add some salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
10. Add some fresh chicken juice to taste.
11. Sprinkle some chopped green onion and turn off the heat.
12. Put the small crucian carp and the soup into the crisper.
13. After cooling, put it in the refrigerator to chill.
