Practice steps:
1. Soak Guizijiang in clear water for half an hour, wash it and cut it into two halves.
2. Turn the incision upside down, bask in the sun for a day and put it in a clean basin without water.
3. Add a bowl of chopped pepper, a little salt, a spoonful of chicken essence and a little white wine, and mix all the materials evenly.
4. Prepare a pot sterilized by boiling water, put Guizijiang in it and seal it for one week.
