Practice steps:
1, half dry wakame then soak in water, and wash a few times.
2, put the right amount of water in the pot, boil, put the wakame blanching.
3, wakame is very easy to cook, a blanching, fish out, cook for a long time, will become sticky.
4, slightly cooled, cut into sections.
5, in a bowl put a tablespoon of soy sauce, a tablespoon of rice vinegar, a tablespoon of sugar, a tablespoon of oyster sauce and oil hot pepper, stir well into the sauce.
6: Pour the sauce over the wakame and toss to coat.
