Soak dried rice flour before eating:
There are generally two kinds of soaking methods for dried river powder!
1: soak in cold water, put a heavy object on it to prevent it from floating, soak for more than 4 hours to soften it, then add some cooking oil and mix well to use.
2. Soak in hot water, add water to the pot to boil, add some cooking oil and salt and mix well. Add rice flour and cook for 3 minutes, then immediately turn off the fire and soak for 15 minutes. After controlling the moisture, add some cooking oil and stir well.
Ingredients required: 200g dried river flour, 50g Chinese cabbage100g carrot, 50g bean sprouts, 50g lean pork, 20g chopped green onion, 3g soy sauce10g soy sauce, 2g salt, 5g oyster sauce, 50g edible oil, 5g chicken essence and 5g lard/kloc-0.
Practice, 1: Soak the vermicelli until soft, add water to the pot to boil, add salt and cooking oil, stir well, put the vermicelli in and cook for 3 minutes, and then soak for 15 minutes after turning off the fire. After controlling the moisture, add a little cooking oil and mix well for later use.
2. Wash the bean sprouts and control the moisture; Wash and shred carrots; Shred cabbage; Pork shredding;
3. add oil to the pot to heat it up, and then pour it out. The purpose of this is to moisten the pan, so that it is not easy to stick to the pan when frying. Add lard to melt, add shredded pork and stir-fry until fragrant, then add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant.
4: Immediately add bean sprouts, carrots and cabbage and stir-fry them to Microsoft. Add the soaked rice noodles, cook with soy sauce, add oyster sauce, throw away soy sauce, add chicken essence, a little sugar and salt to taste.
5: Open the fire and stir fry quickly. It takes about 2 minutes to stir fry. Keep the fire burning all the time, stir-fry the "pot gas", pour some scallion oil or sesame oil, and stir well.
