Materials:2 crucian carp.
Accessories:
2 eggs, leeks, ginger, corn oil, salt, pepper.
Steps:
1. Wash crucian carp, prepare green onion, ginger and egg.
2. Pour appropriate amount of corn oil in a hot pan and fry the poached eggs on medium heat.
3. Fry the eggs and set aside.
4. Put the crucian carp into the pan and fry until both sides are browned.
5. Put the crucian carp into a casserole dish, add green onion and ginger.
