Production steps:
1. Soak zongzi leaves and straw rope all night (I have been soaking them since the afternoon before yesterday) and wash them.
2. Soak glutinous rice, peeled mung beans and peanuts overnight and wash them.
3. Pour into the pot together, add a little salt to taste, and heat until the salt tastes good.
4. Cut pork belly into pieces (the size is equivalent to braised pork), add salt, soy sauce (soy sauce, soy sauce) and pepper (spiced powder if you like), and marinate for at least four hours.
5. Just add edible alkali to the soaked glutinous rice. Wait until the glutinous rice turns a little yellow.
