How to make tomato oxtail ingredients
Blanched oxtail, tomatoes, ginger, green onions, ingredients (dried hawthorn, star anise, bay leaves, pepper, tangerine peel, cinnamon), coriander, Tomato sauce, sugar, salt
Method
1. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, slice the ginger, cut half the onion into flowers and half into sections, mince the coriander and set aside;
