How to make corn steeped buns:
Tools/Materials: corn, blender, corn leaves, steamer.
1. Wash the fresh corn and cut into small pieces.
2. Put the corn cubes into a blender and beat into a paste.
3. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, bring to a boil over high heat and add corn syrup. Stir constantly until the corn syrup thickens.
4. Pour the corn syrup onto the corn leaves and shape it with your hands.
5. Put the corn paste bag into the steamer and steam it for about 20 minutes.
