1. Break the eggs into a clean basin, peel and wash the preserved eggs.
2. Cut the preserved eggs into small pieces and put them into an egg basin. Add an appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and MSG, and stir evenly with a manual egg beater.
