Wuyi Lane is a poem by Liu Yuxi, a poet in the Tang Dynasty. Wuyi Lane is located on the south bank next to Wende Bridge on Qinhuai River in Qinhuai District, Nanjing, and is located in the core area of Qinhuai Scenic Belt of Confucius Temple.

Wuyi Lane is the oldest and most famous Gu Xiang in China. At that time, it was the residence of aristocratic families in China, and during the Three Kingdoms period, it was the location of the military camp where the Kingdom of Wu guarded Stone Town.

Wuyi Lane was the mansion of two wealthy families in Xie Wang in Jin Dynasty. Children of both families like to wear black clothes to show their dignity, hence the name. Cultural masters such as Wang Xizhi, Wang Xianzhi and Xie Lingyun, the originator of landscape poetry school, have emerged in Wuyi Lane, which is full of houses.

Wu Yixiang witnessed Xie Wang's artistic achievement, which is closely related to the history of two big families and even the whole cultural history of China. From 65438 to 0997, Qinhuai District People's Government restored Wuyi Lane, excavated and displayed its long history, and rebuilt the memorial hall of Wang Xie's ancient house with national style.

After thousands of years of vicissitudes, Wuyi Lane is no longer the prosperity of the past, and there is no crisscross of gentry. Instead, tourists visit Wang Xiehua Hall.
