Raw materials: 600g (half a chicken), shallot 1 piece, 5 garlic pieces, 20g ginger, 20 dried peppers, 2 star anise, pepper 1 piece, lettuce 1 piece, 4 tablespoons salt 1/piece and starch/kloc.
Practice steps:
1., wash the chicken and cut into pieces, add salt starch and marinate for later use.
2. Wash and cut all ingredients.
3. Take a bowl and mix the raw oyster sauce, white sugar cooking wine, clear water and aged vinegar in the auxiliary materials for later use.
4. Add a proper amount of oil to the pot, pour the cold oil into the chicken pieces and stir-fry until the oil is brown.
5. Stir-fry until brown.
6. Wash the pan, put proper amount of oil into the oven again, stir-fry dried pepper and then stir-fry it with other ingredients.
7. Add chicken pieces and stir-fry for a while.
8. Add the prepared flavoring.
9. Stir-fry over high heat until the chicken pieces absorb the fragrant sauce.
10. Take a casserole, wash the lettuce and put it in the casserole.
