The picture is broken, blurred or flashing (also known as the screen with flowers or flashing screens). There may be the following reasons for these problems.

1. The graphics card driver is not installed/the version is too old/the version does not match.

A. Did you update the graphics card driver before the problem occurred? If there is, the probability of driving is high.

It is suggested that ASUS official website's graphics card driver should be the main driver. Although the drivers introduced by some graphics card manufacturers are relatively new, they have not passed the compatibility test of this model.

B before the problem occurs, if the graphics card driver is not updated, it is recommended to go to ASUS official website to see if there is a new version of the graphics card driver.

Right-click My Computer or Computer → Click Manage → Click Device Manager, right-click the video card and click Contents to view the driver version.

Note: Some models are dual graphics cards (such as Intel &；; Nvidia), which can be viewed in Device Manager.

Please make sure that they are all updated to the latest version.

2. Memory abnormality or compatibility problem

Did you replace or expand the memory before the problem occurred? It is recommended to restore the previous normal configuration.

3. Software

Do problems only occur when running specific software, such as display problems when running games or audio-visual software that occupy multiple system resources?

Suggested treatment:

A. Update the graphics card driver

B. Confirm that it meets the hardware requirements recommended by the software (it can be viewed in official website).
