How to treat hives?
Urticaria, commonly known as rubella masses, is a common allergic skin disease, but also a common skin disease in children. At the onset, there will be rubella lumps (masses) of varying sizes on the skin, which will be found to be hard and itch intensely when touched by hand. The cause of urticaria is very complex, about half of the patients can not find the cause, especially pediatric urticaria.

There are five main causes of hives:

1, low immunity

Insufficient immunity and insufficient complement content lead to weak immune complex clearance. As a result, B cells keep making immune proteins, which means high serum IGE. If immune complexes are constantly produced and persist, an inflammatory response is formed and exacerbated.

2, food

Whether animal food, such as fish, shrimp, crab, eggs, beef and lamb, dairy products, etc., or plant food, such as pineapple, mushrooms, fava beans, garlic, strawberries, tomatoes, etc. can cause urticaria, but animal food and dairy products induce urticaria more. Food additives, such as children often love to eat cold drinks, soda, ice cream, pastries, chocolate and other foods, because of its wide range of food additives, is not to be ignored slow urticaria triggers.

3, the lack of digestive enzymes

When food enters the digestive tract, it should be digested and broken down into amino acids, glycerol and monosaccharide levels so that it can be fully converted into energy to provide the body with the required. However, many foods that cannot be digested by the body to cut the bottom because they lack the appropriate enzymes will enter the intestines as peptides or other molecules, which are recognized by the body as foreign substances, leading to the development of urticaria.

4, the intestinal tract is not well developed

Intestinal mucosa is a natural barrier for infants to protect themselves against harmful substances from the outside world, and the epithelial cells of the mature intestinal mucosa are arranged in a tightly packed manner, just like a "wall" without any gaps. But the intestinal wall is not well developed small infants intestinal mucosal epithelial cells are not tightly arranged, there are gaps, increased permeability, some food particles of macromolecules of nutrients will also be absorbed. For example, belonging to the disaccharide maltose or milk macromolecule protein, it is easy to pass through the intestinal wall directly into the blood, the formation of the corresponding antibodies, thus leading to allergies.

5, allergic body

Baby has hereditary allergy, or their own vascular nerve immune function disorder. If eaten or inhaled pollen, mold, animal dander and other allergens, it is easy to enter the bloodstream through the thinner intestinal wall. Since the baby's subcutaneous capillaries are very rich, the symptoms manifest themselves immediately on the skin.

Hives treatment

1, supplemental vitamin C

VE is the body's best natural antioxidant vitamins; C can enhance the toughness of blood vessels; essential fatty acids linoleic acid and α-linolenic acid is the main structural components of the cell membrane, and the structural stability of the cell membrane and the function of the strength of the direct correlation.

2, immunotherapy

Allergy IgE increase - skin breakage infection - skin barrier dysfunction, these three conditions are closely related to the onset of urticaria, the development of the cause. Dr. Pei-Shan Hsieh, R&D Director of Taiwan Research Center and Institute of Food and Applied Biotechnology, National Taiwan University, found that supplementation of anti-allergy probiotic Xinmin Kang for children (not less than 3 months) can reduce serum IgE allergy antibody, build up children's intestinal barrier function, and adjust the allergic body. Anti-allergy probiotics and pediatric urticaria and other microecological research results found that Xin, Min, Kang anti-allergy probiotics using a combination of physiologically acceptable probiotics with enhanced anti-allergy ability, through the promotion of increased secretion of interleukin quality 12 (IL-12) and interferon γ, which can regulate the Th1-type immune response and inhibit the immunoglobulin IgE, to improve the overreaction of the Th2-type immune response, the activation of the Intracellular transfer proteins move to the nucleus and release large amounts of cytokines, which are a part of innate immunity. Therefore, through its cell wall polydiabetic substances such as peptidoglycan, lipopolysaccharide, polysaccharide, etc., through the innate immune system, can indeed activate the development of T-cells, effectively improve the body's immune system, to improve the effect of allergies.

Care points of pediatric urticaria

1, strengthen physical exercise. The baby should strengthen the exercise, participate in various sports conducive to health. For example, in summer, you can gradually transition from rubbing your body with a cold towel to taking a cold shower in order to enhance the skin's ability to resist disease.

2, away from allergens. After the appearance of hives, parents should pay attention to observe the allergens that cause pediatric hives, avoid re-exposure to suspected allergens, stop taking, stop using allergy-causing drugs and food.

3, pay attention to indoor ventilation. Indoors should be kept ventilated, clean and dry, do not place flowers that may cause allergies, and do not spray insecticides, scenting agents and other chemicals to avoid sensitization.

4, applying anti-itch drops. Children itching badly can be externally coated with medicinal drops such as glycerine lotion to slow down the itching symptoms.
