Corn cob planting flat mushroom technology
Edible fungi cultivation materials generally have cooked, raw, fermented material three kinds, and fermented material is more commonly used. Fermentation material is usually fermented by stacking, and the main steps include:
Preparation of ingredients
Select fresh, mold-free corn cobs, sun-dried and broken into corn kernel-sized particles. Then, the corn cobs, quicklime, bran, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium compound fertilizer are proportioned according to the ratio of 80%, 4%, 15% and 1%. After mixing the raw materials evenly, according to the water, material ratio of 2:1 mixing, the raw materials are fully wetted.
Cultivation material pile fermentation
The mixed cultivation material will be piled up and fermented, generally fermented 12h to 1 day. During the period when the fermentation to 60 ℃ or more, from top to bottom, from inside to outside to turn the heap, *** turn 2 ~ 3 times, to ensure that the raw materials fermentation is uniform. When white mycelium appears on the surface of the cultivated material, it indicates that the fermentation is complete.
Bagging and inoculation
Before inoculation, make sure that the temperature of the cultivation material drops to about 30℃ to avoid the temperature being too high, which will burn the strains, and inoculate the strains in order to make sure that the mycelium grows all over the bag.
Generally, the first layer is loaded with strains, the second layer of cultivation material, and then another layer of strains, and finally sealed. Before putting the loaded bags into the greenhouse before the greenhouse internal sterilization, not to avoid contamination of stray bacteria.
Post-management
After the mycelium grows full, we should control the temperature and air humidity in the greenhouse. Generally the temperature is controlled at about 20 ℃, keep ventilation, humidity is controlled at about 90%. After mushrooming, you can spray nutrient solution to promote the growth of flat mushrooms to shorten the time of mushroom picking, and keep proper light.
Precautions for using corn cobs as cultivation material
①Increase the amount of inoculation
Corn cobs are high in sugar and easy to ferment as well as breed other stray mushrooms in the process of planting flat mushrooms. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the amount of inoculation to ensure that the mycelium can grow all over the bag to prevent the growth of other stray bacteria.
②Maintain ventilation
Maintain ventilation of the greenhouse, regular greenhouse disinfection, to avoid high temperature. Don't concentrate too much on the mushroom bags, usually put 2 layers to avoid too much concentration leading to high temperature or no ventilation. Especially in the mushrooming stage, high temperature is easy to breed stray bacteria, which will make the flat mushrooms infected and affect the yield and quality.
③Regular inspection
Regularly check the growth of mushroom bags, and timely check the bags that are infected with diseases or stray bacteria, and clean them out, so as to avoid contaminating other bags.
④Control the harvest time
Generally in the flat mushroom growth to eight mature can be harvested, after the harvest to ensure that the greenhouse will be cleaned up, to avoid breeding stray bacteria.
