Tools/materials: mint 100g, 2 cloves of garlic, pepper oil 1 tablespoon, Chili oil 1 tablespoon, half a spoonful of Chili noodles, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, half a spoonful of monosodium glutamate, half a lemon, proper amount of water, plates and knives.
