Practice:
1, cut open the pig heart, remove the blood coagulation inside, soak it for one or two hours, and change water and rub it twice in the middle;
2. Put pepper, star anise, onion, ginger and garlic into an electric pressure cooker;
3, cool after cooking;
4. Tear into thin strips;
5, garlic powder, soy sauce, coarse, a little sugar, sesame oil, sesame oil, a little salt, stir evenly, and adjust to juice;
6. Shred carrots, cut parsley into small pieces, and put them together with the torn pig heart;
7. Add seasoning juice and mix well to serve.
