Ba Huang is a famous traditional Han snack in Nanbai Town, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province. The main raw materials are rice and soybeans. The finished product is brown, blocky or cylindrical, and can be eaten raw, fried and steamed. Delicate, smooth, sweet and delicious, it is very popular in Guizhou.
