2 chunks of bacon (bacon), 500g of okra, sliced, 1 onion, chopped, half a green bell pepper, chopped, 2 celery, chopped and canned chopped tomatoes, 400g of salt and fresh black pepper.
working methods
1. Put the smoked meat in a deep oil pan and fry it over medium heat. Until the meat turns brown. Take out, drain the oil and cut into small pieces for later use.
2. Leave the oil in the pan for frying bacon, add okra, onion, green pepper and celery, and stir-fry until the vegetables begin to soften. Add chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper and stir-fry until evenly heated. Add bacon and stir well.
