The preparation method is as follows:
1. Remove all other ingredients except Huadiao wine and pour them into the pot.
2. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes, then pour in the Huadiao wine and continue to boil, then turn off the heat and let cool.
3. Put the crabs in cold water into the steamer for about 15 minutes.
