Main ingredients: 100g high flour, 20g low flour, 65g water, 2g salt, 8g corn oil, 5g granulated sugar, 2g yeast, 20g milk, a little white sesame.
Accessories: 4 slices of cheese, 2 spoons of salad dressing, lettuce, 1 tomato, 2 slices of ham, 2 spoons of tomato salsa.
Mix all ingredients except white sesame seeds and milk, knead until a thin film can be pulled out, place in a warm and humid place and wait for fermentation.
When the dough has doubled in size, it can be poked with a floured finger without shrinking or collapsing.
Punch down the dough, divide it into 2 equal portions, knead them, and place them in a 5-inch non-stick hamburger mold.
Brush the dough with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds until the dough is 1.5 times its original size.
Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius, bake on medium heat for 18 minutes, until golden brown on top, remove from oven and allow bread to cool.
Slice the ham and fry.
Cut the burger blanks horizontally, spread the salad dressing and arrange the cheese slices, ham slices, lettuce and tomato slices in order. Finally, squeeze tomato slices with tomato salsa and cover with the top bun to finish.
