Horseface Puffer
The scientific name is Greenfin Horseface Puffer, which belongs to the order Pufferiformes, family Gelididae, and is commonly known as Rubber Fish and Striper Fish. Horseface triggerfish is an offshore warm-temperate demersal fish, omnivorous. There is a certain amount of production along the coast, and the fish meat has a high protein content, making it a nutritious and popular food. The type locality of this species is Yantai. It is distributed in North Korea, Japan, the east coast of Africa in the Indian Ocean, as well as the East China Sea, the Yellow Sea, and the Shanghai area seen at the mouth of the Yangtze River and other waters, belonging to the offshore near-bottom fish. In Shanghai and Fujian and Zhejiang area is called rubber fish; in the north is called pickerel fish, bread fish.
