Rice noodles are soaked for more than 2 hours in advance and become soft, but the cooking time is much longer.

Boil the soup pot with water, add soft rice flour and cook for a while until there is no hard core.

Prepare side dishes. I used beef stew. My family cooks a pot of beef every week, which is very convenient for the later things.
