1. Add 10 grams of salt to the flour and mix with chopsticks while pouring in the boiling water to form a floury texture
2. Allow the flour to cool a bit and form a dough for later use
3. Chop the scallions, add the five-spice powder and vegetable oil and mix well
4. Roll out the hot flour into a round shape
5. Spread the scallion mixture evenly
6. Roll the dough up as you stretch it out
7. Divide into equal sized dosage
8. Roll into pancake
9. Pan fry in oil
10. Pan fry until both sides are golden brown
Tips
After hot noodle, let the noodle cool a little bit before forming the dough, so as to avoid burns
