1. Winter melon, kelp and small shrimps
Ingredients: 100g of winter melon, 150g of kelp and 30g of small shrimps. Accessories: appropriate amount of oil and appropriate amount of salt.
Method: Slice the winter melon. Cut kelp into small pieces. Heat the pan with cold oil, first put the winter melon into the pan and stir-fry. Then add kelp and stir-fry. 2. Grilled winter melon with dried shrimps
Ingredients: 300 grams of winter melon, 100 grams of dried shrimps, appropriate amount of salt, a little MSG, a little green onion, a little ginger, an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, an appropriate amount of chives.
Method: Peel the winter melon, remove the pulp and cut into strips. Rinse the dried shrimps with clean water and soak for 10 minutes. Wash the coriander and chives and cut them into small pieces. 3. Shrimp and lean meat porridge
Ingredients: 1 cup of rice, appropriate amount of shrimp. Accessories: appropriate amount of pork, appropriate amount of sesame oil, appropriate amount of chives.
Method: Soak dried shrimps in water and set aside. Slice the lean meat and mince the chives and set aside. Cook the porridge in the rice cooker until the rice blooms, add the soaked dried shrimps, cook until the rice is mashed, add the lean meat and cook for 5 minutes, add sesame oil, season with chives and serve.
