There are many ways to make pies, such as fried noodles, dead noodles, semi-scalded noodles and full-scalded noodles. The pies baked in each way have their own characteristics. The methods of making pies in our family are quite different. My mother-in-law likes to use dough, and my family likes to use dead noodles, cold water or warm water to mix noodles. I like to use hot noodles, sometimes semi-hot noodles, and sometimes full hot noodles. This is probably related to everyone's hobbies, but in my opinion, the skin made of hot noodles is soft, and it will not harden when it is cooled, which is especially delicious. It's been much colder recently. I usually make steamed bread or scones the night before yesterday. Get up in the morning and heat them up, add some soy milk and make some side dishes, and breakfast will be ready. After all, it's cold, and everyone wants to sleep a little longer. The pie made of hot noodles is not hard at all after a night, and then steamed in the morning. Soft skin q-bomb, one bite is enough. Let's share the delicious way of pie!
Ingredients: 3 eggs, half a small round dish, a handful of vermicelli, half a bowl of flour, about 200 grams.
Production steps
Step 1: Wash and tear the round vegetables, sit in a pot with strong fire, add boiling water to the pot, put the round vegetables into the water, blanch them for 40 to 50 seconds after the water boils, take them out to control the humidity, and then shred them and put them into the pot for later use.
Step 2: Pour the water out of the pot, dry the water, add a tablespoon of cooking oil, pour in the egg liquid, fry it over medium heat until golden brown, and take it out for later use.
Step 3: blanch the vermicelli with boiling water, take it out after softening, cut it slightly, then mix it with shredded cabbage and eggs, add a spoonful of cooking oil, put on disposable gloves and stir well. Don't season first, then mix the noodles.
Step 4: Put a bowl and a half of flour into a basin, slowly pour boiling water at about 90 degrees Celsius into the flour, while stirring with chopsticks until it becomes a ball, and you can easily press it down with your hands.
Step five, knead the dough. You can sprinkle some dry flour properly until the dough is smooth and does not touch your hands.
Step 6, roll the dough into long strips, coat it with oil, then divide it into eight pieces, roll the pieces into as thin skin as possible, and apply some cooking oil on the panel and rolling pin to prevent sticking.
Step 7, put one third of salt, one tablespoon of soy sauce and one tablespoon of oyster sauce into the stuffing and mix well. Then roll out the bread, close it like steamed bread, and press it into a circle.
Step 8: preheat the electric baking pan and brush the oil, put in the prepared cake, coat it with oil, cover it and bake for about three minutes, and turn it over several times to avoid burning.
Put the baked pie on the plate and you can start. When I baked the pie, I solved one at the same time. The skin is thin and stuffed, and it tastes delicious. Everyone in the family likes it. After a night, the skin is not hard at all, but still soft. After steaming in the pot, the Q bomb is soft and delicious.
Tips:
1. When scalding noodles with boiling water, slowly pour it in and stir it with chopsticks until it becomes a ball. The dough of the pie is a little bit Microsoft, probably a little more Microsoft than the dough of steamed bread, and it should not be too soft, otherwise it will not be easy to roll. If the dough is a little sticky, you can add some dry flour appropriately.
2. After kneading the dough into strips, apply a layer of oil to lock the moisture and make the skin softer. I think it's better not to knead the cooking oil into the dough, but to coat it with another layer.
After the cold weather, I can't help eating pie. Pies made from hot noodles are softer and more delicious, but they are not hard when they are cold. Try it if you like!
