Recipe Introduction

This is a very easy cake to make, just mix all the ingredients → put it in the oven and you are done!

Ingredients

Pumpkin puree 235g sugar 180g grape seed oil 110g 2 eggs all-purpose flour 235g baking powder 5g baking soda 1g cinnamon powder 2g crushed macadamia nuts 80g

Method

1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare a bowl large enough to hold all the ingredients.

2 Put pumpkin puree, sugar, oil and eggs into a large bowl and mix evenly.

3 Add flour, baking powder, baking soda powder, cinnamon powder, and macadamia nuts to the mixture in step 2, and mix everything evenly.

4Pour the mixture into the baking mold. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. (Insert chopsticks into the cake. If it comes out clean, it is cooked!)
