Peel and cut potatoes, slice ginger and cut onions.

Add onion, ginger and aniseed into the pot and blanch the chicken pieces in water. (cold water is put into the pot for blanching)

Blanched chicken pieces are fished out for later use.

Heat the oil in the pot, pour the potatoes in and fry them, and set them aside.

Heat the oil in the pan, pour the chicken pieces in and stir fry until the chicken pieces are slightly yellow.

Add onion, ginger, pepper, aniseed and garlic, add a spoonful of sugar and stir-fry half a spoonful of spiced powder evenly. (A small spoon for eating will do.)
Step 7
Pour the potatoes in and stir-fry, add a shovel of soy sauce, and stir-fry the potatoes and chicken pieces evenly.
Step 8
Add two bowls of water, without chicken nuggets and potatoes, add salt, cover the pot, boil over high fire, stew over low heat, and drain the soup.
