Practice of autumn pear sauce for children
Raw materials: Sydney 10 kg, jujube 15, 2 Siraitia grosvenorii, and wild Fritillaria10 g.
Exercise:
1. Wash the pear with baking soda and slice it.
2. Squeeze pear juice with a juicer.

5. Cool after cooking and filter with a sieve.
6. Pour Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae powder into the filtered pear juice. A big fire will turn into a small one, simmer slowly. The original tanning system did not need tubes or proper heat. This process is very long and needs patient testing.
7. Pay attention to the whole basin of pear juice. You can't leave the pot. You need to keep stirring. You can speed up the juice production with a big fire until the soup becomes thick and you can turn to a big fire.
8. Pour the heat into a glass bottle without oil and water. When the weather is hot, the autumn pear cream will fall off and the viscosity is not high. If it is cold, it will stick to the pan. Please remember that the autumn pear cream in the bottle must be cooled, covered and put in the refrigerator.
9. A spoonful of water is not particularly sweet, but a little bitter. Because of the addition of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae, the baby especially likes to drink.
