Steps:
1, radish, coriander, and the roots of broken ears are washed.
2, radish peeling.
3. Slice the radish (don't cut it too thin).
4, radish shredded or strips, not too thin.
5, put a little salt, (the amount of salt used here directly determines whether it needs to be put later)
6. Grab the salt and marinate it.
6. Marinate 15 minutes.
7. Squeeze the water of shredded radish and put it together with coriander and ear root.
8, fermented soya beans put two spoonfuls of water.
9. Put Chili noodles, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce and sugar in turn.
10, mix well and plate.
