1. Wash the melon, remove the head and tail, cut off the pulp inside, and rub it into silk with a rubber roller.
2. Mix shredded wax gourd with salt and pepper, add chopped onion, add flour, and mix with water to make a thinner paste.
3. When the oil pan is hot, pour a spoonful of paste into the pan and wipe it evenly.
