Select dried lotus leaves and soak them in hot water for 2 hours;
Red dates, mushrooms, ham and glutinous rice also need to be soaked in water for about half an hour respectively;
Step 2: curing
Select three or four-month-old broilers, wash and cut into pieces;
Add a little salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce and massage a little.
Refrigerate and marinate for 2 hours;
Step 3: Seasoning
While the chicken is marinated, the soaked mushrooms are diced;
Mix red dates, scallops and ham into the soaked glutinous rice;
Add a little salt and soy sauce, mix well and add a spoonful of lard;
Step 4: Cook.
Pour the mixed stuffing into the pot and add water to soak it slightly;
Boil for 15 minutes, then take out and dry;
