Brown sugar100g
Cassava starch180g
Water 1 10g
Practice steps
1, weigh all materials for standby.
2. Mix the weighed water with brown sugar.
3. Put it on a ceramic stove and cook it with low fire until the brown sugar melts, and then boil it with high fire.
4. After the brown sugar water is boiled, immediately pour the weighed cassava starch into half.
5. First, remove the milk pan from the fire and stir until cassava starch can't see dry powder. This is the most critical step. Put the milk pan back on the ceramic electric stove, and stir the paste with low heat. Be sure to keep stirring to prevent sticking to the bottom until the paste becomes transparent.
6. Add the remaining half of the powder, stir quickly and flatten.
7. Leave the fire after pressing into a ball.
8. Move the dough to a silica gel pad or platen.
9. Put on gloves and knead the dough evenly until there is no dry powder or granules.
10, the successful dough is elastic and malleable, as shown in the figure.
1 1. Knead the dough into strips.
12. Cover the cut dough with plastic wrap to prevent the surface from drying out.
13. Knead the dough into slender strips and cut it into your favorite size with a scraper.
14. Wrap the cut pearl embryo into a circle, then evenly wrap it with dry cassava starch to prevent adhesion, and finally seal it with a fresh-keeping bag.
