Memory of Qing 'an _ _ Gift of Nature
my home is in Qing' an county, Heilongjiang province, northeast China. It is cold and black, and fertile fields are thousands of miles away. Located in the northern part of the motherland, in the middle and upper reaches of the Hulan River, it belongs to the intersection of the eastern Songnen Plain and the western part of Xiaoxing 'an Mountains. Geographical coordinates: 46 3' 1 "-47 36' 21" north latitude, 127 13' 29 "-128 32' 52" east longitude. The county covers a total area of 5,396 square kilometers, including 2,183 square kilometers of plains, 2,389 square kilometers of hills and 264 square kilometers of low-lying waterlogged land.

the terrain of Qing' an is long from north to south, narrow from east to west, and concave in the middle, with a length of 122.25 kilometers from north to south and a maximum width of 25 kilometers from east to west. The mountains are all the remaining veins and branches of Xiaoxing' an Mountains, which are distributed in the south and north of the county. The elevation of the whole county is between 16 and 82.3 meters, with the lowest elevation in Maxiazitun, Jiusheng Township and the highest elevation in Guanwuye Mountain.

there are 9 major rivers in Qing' an county, with a total flow of 791km, of which 7 rivers originate in Qing' an county. Before 196, Qing 'an was integrated with Tieli, a neighboring city. At that time, all the 9 rivers originated in Qing 'an. There is Taipingling in Tieli, and there is a spring on the ridge. The water flows east and west, with Tangwang River in the east and Hulan River in the west. Hulan River is the largest river in this county, with a total length of 523 kilometers. It enters the county in Toyota Township, flows through six towns and meets the Songhua River in Hulan County.

Qing' an county belongs to temperate monsoon climate, with four distinct seasons, dry and long winters, and abundant precipitation in summer, with an annual precipitation of about 5mm, a dry year of 35mm and a waterlogging year of about 7mm. The average annual sunshine is about 2588.5h, and the accumulated temperature is uneven from north to south throughout the year, ranging from 25 to 27. It is suitable for crop growth and is a famous hometown of green food in China. There are 14 townships in Qing 'an County, mainly planting soybeans, corn and rice, and 8 forest farms, mainly cultivating temperate broad-leaved forests and coniferous forests.

The complex terrain and four distinct seasons provide a suitable living environment for many kinds of animals and plants, which has nurtured more than 4, people in Qing 'an County. In the era of material shortage, people in their hometown tried their best to get food from nature. The mountains and rivers not only supported generations of Qing 'an people, but also left many unforgettable memories in the mountains and rivers. Nowadays, no matter where Qing 'an is, it is always the grass and trees in his hometown that he can't forget, and the familiar smell that he can't forget. The topic of this article is: Qing 'an Memory-a gift from nature, which will bring you back to the taste of his hometown and the scenery of Shan Ye.

in April, the cold winter has not passed, and the snow and ice have not melted, but the spring of plants has arrived. In mid-April, around Grain Rain, it is the sowing season. In the mountains and Woods, you can pick the thorn buds, which are the young buds of Acanthopanax senticosus. Acanthopanax senticosus is mainly distributed in eight forest farms. Acanthopanax senticosus is also known as "tiger deer", and Acanthopanax senticosus is full of meaning. There are many thorns on the trees, which prick people. Acanthopanax senticosus roots are the traditional Chinese medicine Acanthopanax senticosus. The picking time of thorn sprouts is only 2 days. After picking, stir-fried with pork has a clear fragrance, which won people's love, but some people don't like it, and the taste is a bit noodle.

Dandelion also came out in April. People in Qing 'an are called "old wives", with serrated leaves, bitter taste and clear fire. It has a special flavor when dipped in sauce. Dandelion has small yellow flowers, which are very beautiful all over the mountains. At the same time, there are also wild vegetables such as Artemisia selengensis, sonchus, lobular celery, fork celery, ox hair celery and duck slap. All the above wild vegetables grow in fields and grasslands, dandelion can be picked for about 2 months, sonchus can be picked for many months, and the rest are about 2 days. At present, these wild vegetables are cultivated artificially. In the early spring, they are sold at two prices in the market, which is expensive. It can be seen that people's quality of life has improved, and they are willing to spend money to remember the bitter experience.

At the end of April and the beginning of May, after the thorn buds are picked, cold onions can be dug in the forest edge and wasteland, which are similar in shape to spinach, with big leaves and upright stems in dark green. Cold onions can be scrambled with eggs and meat. It is said that they are sold in Qing 'an market and should be wild. Cold onion has a delicate temper. If it is bitten by cattle and sheep, it will not be born for many years.

Pteridium aquilinum can be picked in two months from May to the end of June. Pteridium aquilinum is a fern with no leaves. It grows in forests, wasteland and at the foot of hillsides. It likes shade and humidity, and can be picked many times. It is similar to leek, which is also called "Gougoucai" because of its curved shape. Pteridium aquilinum is rarely cultivated, so it can not be cultivated when dug down from the mountain. Pteridium aquilinum can be fried with meat, and its taste is fresh and tender.

from late June to mid-August, there are no wild vegetables here, but mushrooms have quietly grown. The wild edible fungi in Qing 'an mainly include auricularia auricula, Tricholoma gigantea, Hericium erinaceus, Tricholoma gigantea, Corylus heterophylla, Ulmus pumila, Tricholoma matsutake, Tricholoma japonica, Tricholoma matsutake and lichen.

at the end of June, there were mainly grass mushrooms and white mushrooms. The grass mushroom is very small, and the top cover is oily and yellow-gray. The grass mushroom grows alone, but when it is found, it is a piece; White mushroom is very interesting, just like artificial cultivation, it grows in a slip and slip.

The most valuable fungus is Hericium erinaceus, which mainly grows on oak trees. There are few oak trees, mainly distributed in 8 forest farms. Hericium erinaceus only grows on the old oak trees, not under the trees, and grows in the opposite direction. One is found on one side of the tree, and there must be another on the opposite side! Hericium erinaceus is precious, not only rare, but also delicious. It is said that it tastes like stew, but I have no special feeling after eating it. Hericium erinaceus can be cultivated at present.

The stock of auricularia auricula is relatively small, mainly growing on decaying linden trees, and now the mountains are closed for afforestation. Moreover, the species of wild auricularia auricula are so rare that they can hardly be circulated to the market. What can be bought are all artificially cultivated auricularia auricula, but they are also graded artificially. The best thing is to drill holes in linden trees and plant colonies. The market price of such auricularia auricula is at least 12 yuan a catty.

most fungi can be cultured artificially, but hazel mushrooms can't be cultured artificially. Hazelnut mushrooms are mainly distributed in hillsides and dense forests, especially in dense forests, with dense leaves and deep humus, which are clustered at the roots. Armillaria mellea, which is necessary for the growth of hazel mushroom, cannot be cultivated artificially. The well-known northeast dish, stewed mushrooms with chicken, is mainly made of hazel mushrooms, and both fresh and dried mushrooms are very delicious. The dried hazel mushrooms in Qing 'an County are between 8 and 1 yuan. 1 kg of fresh mushrooms can dry 1 kg of dried mushrooms, which is precious. The output of the county is unknown, but mushrooms are an important source of income for mountain people.

Mushrooms can be picked in early September, and then around the Mid-Autumn Festival, there is an important mountain treasure, namely day lily. It mainly grows in the field wasteland. Daylily eats flowers, which can be about 15 cm long. It can stew chicken and meat, and is a famous delicacy in Northeast China. I don't like it very much. This thing is more "dependent on the ground", planted for one year, and will also come out later.

After the day lily, there will be no wild vegetables. When autumn comes, the busy time of the year will come to an end. Not only crops are harvested, but also wild fruits in the mountains are in the harvest season.

in October, during the harvest season, the wild grape is ripe, with large seeds, purple-black when it is ripe, turquoise when it is unripe, extremely unpalatable when it is unripe, and delicious when it is ripe. Hazelnut, acorn and Schisandra can all be picked. Schisandra chinensis, also known as Zanthoxylum bungeanum, is a vine, wood and Magnoliaceae. It is mainly wrapped around other trees, and its fruit is red and berry, which can be used as medicine. At present, there are many artificial cultures in tieli city, which are expensive and the cost of artificial culture is extremely high.

In the old autumn, around November, pecans fell to the ground, which is very toxic. Only when the green skin decays in winter can you eat walnut kernels. When people directly touch the green skin of walnuts, their hands will be swollen seriously. If someone picks it up and still enters the river, the fish will be poisoned, and the toxicity is obvious. But the wild boar is safe to eat, so everything has its vanquisher!

after November, the busy year of Qing' an people ended. It was a long winter, with snow and snow. People were holed up on the kang, and the land was accumulating strength, waiting for everything to recover next year.

Qing' an town bears too many memories. The people here are simple and rich in products, but the development is far behind. The per capita GDP is less than 1/4 of the whole country, and the ranking in the whole province is not high. The rural hollowing out is serious, and the current situation of education and medical care is very worrying!

We recall the beauty of the past and the taste of Shan Ye, but we can't let Shan Ye stop at Shan Ye. No matter how delicious wild vegetables are, domesticated species are safer. This is the progress of agriculture and the embodiment of civilization. Rational use of resources, scientific guidance of industrial development and increasing farmers' income are the last word. It is said that there are three national geographical indication products in Qing 'an, and they still have good cards in their hands, so don't break them!

I hope my hometown is getting better and better! Welcome everyone to eat, drink and be merry!

This article was mainly dictated by my grandfather, Mr. Li Changshan. I sorted it out. The old man is a retired cadre in the village, an agricultural doctor, one of the compilers of Qing 'an county annals, and a cartographer of Qing 'an. He has written quite a lot, devoted his life to agriculture and became a farmer all his life. I wish his old man good health and peace!

What other interesting things are there in Qing 'an? Welcome to discuss!
