1. Ingredients: 500 grams of ginger, 100 red peppers, 200 beans, 100 green peppers, 50 grams of garlic, 1 star anise, 2 grams of pepper, 10 grams of sugar, 1.5 packets of salt, and 5 grams of white wine.

3. Add white wine.
