Laoganma Noodles
I make it for two people. If there are more people or less people, you can increase or reduce the ingredients
Ingredients: noodles, eggs, Carrots, lettuce, Laoganma, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, salt, rice vinegar, salad oil, lemon.
Steps:
Step 1. Bring water to a boil, add noodles, and cook for 8 minutes.
Step 2. Put the cooked noodles into cold water.
Step 3. Cut the carrots, lettuce and sausages and set aside.
Step 4. Boil the oil in the pot, add the green vegetables, and take them out when they change color.
Step 5: Fry the eggs and sausages to make them more fragrant.
Step 6: Put the oil, light soy sauce, sugar, salt, rice vinegar and Laoganma into a bowl, squeeze a little lemon juice, it will be fragrant and delicious.
Step 7. Stir the sauce evenly.
Step 8. Place all ingredients on plates.
Step 9. Pour on the prepared sauce.
Step 10. A cup of coffee or milk is a good breakfast.
